And That's A Wrap...Dress

Why do I look like I've just found out that Cedric's been at it again with the parlour maid? I promise that was unintentional, and, I promise that I'm not stood next to an urn. Or at least I hope not.

I've been looking forward to sharing my new Saturday night number with you since, well, Saturday night. My polka dotted, frilled, red wrap dress of dreams (may Johnathon Ross never have to read that aloud).

There's a tendency for peeps on-line these days, to be obsessed with this and obsessed with that isn't there. Well I googled 'Obsessed' ...

"preoccupy or fill the mind of (someone) continually and to a troubling extent"

I'm afraid pals, my mind has been preoccupied, to a borderline troubling extent, with this dress. I've been drooling over the &OtherStories website for a wee while wondering should I? When Oliver and I booked a swanky little night away (more on that to come in a separate post) I decided yes, I should.

&OtherStories isn't the worlds cheapest clothing, for a high street store, but, I've found that it is worth the little extra. I've loved everything I've ever bought from there, including this dress.

I wore it with a cute wicker basket bag, bought recently from Zara. Just the right size for your dinner date essentials... phone, cash, lipstick, hip flask... and black ankle boots because I wasn't joking when I said in my last post that I never take them off.

*Humming Chris De Burgh's Lady In Red for the rest of your day is optional.

Thanks so much for reading.
